McDonald's at 10725 White Rock Road, Rancho Cordova, California.

I was in the neighborhood and chose this one as I thought it be cleaner than the other ones. The lobby was not cleaned...dirty tables..drink stations...floors not swept, you had a female employee touched a broom then stocked lids for the lobby. A customer called her on it.
Then another female employee cleared two tables not cleaning them while on her cell phone. At this point the bathroom is actually cleaner than the whole lobby.
