I like crafts and I enjoy shopping here for gifts, DIY stuff and parties. There are other items I am sure to find more affordable at the dollar store, Target or Wal-Mart, but I still like looking and shopping for unique and creative ideas and items. I also like the fact that they have classes too. I'm planning on attending a few in the near future. A few of the staff are friendly and helpful, but there are a handful that need to be retrained as to how to treat their customers. I have also had to redirect customers personally to items they were shopping for because staff were incorrect or not sure. Overall, a good place to find almost everything you need for your projects.

Great employee's, wonderful atmosphere, neat and clean store. And the customer rewards program is extremely helpful and awesome. They don't have a point system, where you have to buy certain products in order to receive a discount (buy 3 Revlon cosmetics get 4th free, at 3.99 and up a peice, as an example). If you download the Michael's app sign in or sign up they have a coupon everyday for 40% or 50% off any regular priced items, granted these are also available in the paper or other online coupon sites. However sometimes they have member exclusive coupons like 60% off regular item and even 25-30% off entire purchase, some will say excludes sale items and some of them will say including sale items! Black Friday members get to shop an hour before doors open. If your not sold already to become a rewards member at Michael's, it's absolutely free to sign up! Give it a try it's one of the best things I've signed up for. I've traveled all over the states selling my paintings and have been a member for I don't know how many years, every state I've been to I can always use the app to find great prices, sales and savings.
