Took the plunge and ordered an Audi part (comfort module) from craigslist. I thought I was ordering locally, but it turns out it is in California. My husband said the tech support was awesome and after taking our order we were surprised to see that our part arrived next day air, to Cape Cod Massachusetts. Hubby said part looked brand new.
